Quit Smoking


During our sessions we will cover education around what to expect when you’re quitting smoking, finding out your specific trigger points (triggers differ between people), use tools and techniques to address trigger points and help transition away from triggers being an issue and an individualised therapy session based on your specific support needs.


I am a qualified QUIT Victoria Educator and Alfred Health Smoking Cessation trained. I have been helping people for the past two years cut down and quit smoking. I work with a range of people from a variety of different backgrounds with complex situations and triggers. The QUIT Victoria Tackling Tobacco Project that I am part of is a finalist in the “Preventing tobacco use” category for the 2018 VicHealth Awards


WHO this program is for


This is for first-time quitters or those who have tried a variety of other techniques.


WHAT to expect


During your initial assessment we will assess different areas of life and together we will create a treatment plan that will change as you progress through your sessions. Some of the tools that I typically use are hypnotherapy, NLP, timeline therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.


To kick-start your journey, we recommend a minimum of 3-4 sessions. Some people may need more or less.
